Gyros are just the beginning. Classically trained chef serving up a variety of Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, and Greek inspired cuisine. We strive to make as much from scratch as possible, using fresh ingredients, locally sourced when possible, no fillers or preservatives, and always made with love. We make our very own stocks and broths (beef bones, chicken bones, and vegetable). We make the chicken marinade, tzatziki, tahini, hummus, vinaigrette, pickled peppers, hot sauce, seasoning, sauerkraut, soups, chili, desserts & treats (with gluten free and/or dairy free specials), and more added regularly. We like to test out new recipes and add specials as often as possible. Our goal is to give you a reason to come back for more, enjoy your favorites, or to try something new.
