About Bloom Food Truck
Bloom is a charming pink food truck serving up acai bowls, smoothies, and fresh snacks across eastern and south-central Iowa. Founded by Joslyn Hawkins in the summer of 2022, the concept grew from her passion for healthy, whole-food nutrition and her love for acai bowls, sparked by her time in Hawaii.
Bloom is also deeply rooted in community and intentional living. Joslyn describes Bloom as a platform for nourishing both body and mind—with the motto "Bloom from Within" serving as a reminder to foster wellness from the inside out.
