Off the Griddle is a family-run food truck serving up homemade meals with heart. Inspired by childhood memories and a love for scratch cooking, the owner left the corporate world to chase her dream of sharing real food made from fresh ingredients. With the help of her husband—nicknamed “MacGyver”—they transformed a vintage bread truck into a mobile kitchen that now travels to festivals, concerts, and events across the Midwest. No shortcuts, just honest cooking and a whole lot of hustle.
