Appalachian Chic Food Truck opened in May 2015 and is currently found around Asheville’s greatest breweries. Chef Chris Cogswell has been serving scratch made southern home cooking but with a gourmet twist and influences from cuisines from around the world. As a WNC Native, Chef Chris Cogswell has been working in kitchens around town for the last two and half decades learning techniques from highly skilled chefs from all walks of life and bringing this experience to you.

Our goal is to provide phenomenal fine southern fusion that’s made with time, love & as many ingredients as possible from our local farmers. We strive to maintain the highest quality of farm to table fresh foods available. All seasonal, non GMO, all natural, and organic when possible responsibly sourced ingredients. Our food is made from scratch, fresh to order, great food takes time and care, and oh so worth it!
