Bake’n Bacon is a one-of-a-kind business with the goal to transform bacon into more than a breakfast food. The company was established in 2019 by Chef Justin Coleman and his business partner Kelvin Alexander with one food truck. They cleverly created a menu that combined a variety of proteins, veggies, jams, sauces, and bold flavors into gourmet sandwiches, sweets, and creative sides.
