Description: Our current area is a food dessert. We are looking to invite a couple of food trucks in the corridor that will be available daily 11AM-2PM that will consider serving breakfast / lunch menu. In the immediate area we Bryant and Stratton College, Workforce Development, The Broadway Barns, Go Bike Buffalo, Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor which includes WUFO, Nash House Museum, Colored Musicians Club and Michigan Street Baptist Church. We have surrounding neighbors who walk Elm street during lunch more specifically Roswell Hospital. The goal is to create food truck availability consistently in the Corridor. Description: We are Penn Dixie Fossil Park and Nature Reserve, a non-profit organization that hosts an annual 2-day fossil dig event called Dig With the Experts. This will be our 21st event. The event typically draws ~250 people on Saturday and between 125 and 175 on Sunday. The event runs from 9 am to 4:30 pm both days. Most attendees are in the park by 10 am and remain through 2 pm both days. We will likely have 220+ people on site by 9 am Saturday.

Our private site is graded gravel, relatively flat, and can accommodate a commercial vehicle. We do not have service hookups. No water or electric. We will have a rented dumpster on site for the event, available for trash disposal.

We are looking for one truck for Saturday, or two trucks, one for each day. Ideally, the truck menu would have a broad appeal as it will likely be the only option on site.

Description: We are hosting a Super Cruise Night featuring three categories of drag racing running simultaneously.
Entry to the event is free.
All racers, car show cruisers, and spectators will be responsible for purchasing their own food and beverages. Lancaster Speedway concession stands will not be open for this event.
Food and drinks will be available exclusively through on-site food trucks.

We are looking for about 4 food trucks to attend and one or 2 beer trucks as well as some kind of ice cream truck.
