We are Edgy Vegy BFLO, a new food truck venture from two chef sisters born and raised in Buffalo, NY. The Edgy Vegy BFLO truck is a unique take on the sandwich shop, specializing in “veg-ified” versions of sub shop classics, drawing inspiration from national sandwiches as well as Buffalo favorites. The entire menu is vegetarian, all easily made vegan, and can serve gluten free customers as well. With sandwiches like a “Beet on Weck,” or a “Cauliflower Po’Boy,” Edgy Vegy BFLO will delight vegans and meat eaters alike! Also available for catering and private chef dinners!
