Description: My name is Elizabeth Finnegan, and I am the Director of Special Education at Saint Amelia School. We are excited to announce our upcoming Gala, “A Knight at the Masquerade,” which will take place on October 19, 2024. This event is a significant part of our ongoing efforts to rebuild and strengthen our school community following the significant financial losses we have experienced due to various unfortunate and unexpected events.
As we prepare for this special event, we are reaching out to valued members of our community to inquire about potential partnerships. Given your reputation for delicious food and strong community presence, we believe that partnering with you would add a unique and memorable touch to our event.
We would like to discuss the possibility of your food truck providing a delightful culinary experience to our guests as they depart at the end of the evening between 9:30-10:00pm. Your presence would not only enhance the overall ambiance of the gala but also offer our guests a special treat to take home, creating a lasting impression of the event and your brand.
