4th of July Festival on Old Falls Street
July 4 @ 12:00 pm - July 5 @ 10:00 pm

Every Independence Day weekend, Old Falls Street in downtown Niagara Falls, NY, transforms into a lively celebration hub. The street comes alive starting the afternoon of July 4th and continues through the weekend. This event will take place on Friday and Saturday from 12 pm–10 pm, and Sunday from 12 pm–6 pm—with no admission fee. Visitors can enjoy a wide variety of food trucks, artisan vendors, and meet-and-greets with festive characters like Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty. Family-friendly entertainment is a highlight, featuring aerial dance performances by Buffalo Aerial Dance and Kirt the Entertainer, along with a carnival-like atmosphere that often includes face-painting and balloon art.
A full lineup of live music punctuates each day of the festival. Performances kick off with Sunset Haze, followed by Whiskey Trick, 007 Band, and a Terry Buchwald tribute to Elvis wrapping up. Saturday and Sunday continue with more acts: Ed & Tina Duo and Skyline Duo on Saturday, capped by Queen City: Tribute to Queen; and The Red Letter Kings and Cove Mill Pirates on Sunday. It’s a festive, free, and all-ages celebration that captures the spirit of Independence Day with music, culture, and community.
