With live music performances\, cooking demonstrations\, and interactive zones for kids and families\, the event offers an energetic atmosphere that celebrates Buffalo’s community spirit and love for great food. \nAmong the most anticipated participants are some of the area’s top food trucks\, known for their creative menus and loyal followings. Amy’s Food Truck will serve up comforting\, homestyle dishes\, while Cheesy Chick returns with their famous gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches. Mother Cluckers is also on the lineup\, drawing crowds for their crispy\, flavor-packed fried chicken.
