Hadez Food Truck is a veteran-owned mobile eatery founded by Hanif Davis, a former U.S. Army servicemember. Inspired by Southern cuisine and named in honor of his grandmother, Hattie Davis, the truck offers a menu featuring smoked meats and comfort food favorites like oxtail rolls, salmon mac and cheese sandwiches, and brisket-loaded fries.
