About Karams Grill
Karam’s Grill brings a small Moroccan-Mediterranean haven to the streets of Iowa—serving authentic, fresh, customizable meals that are equally nourishing and satisfying.
Owner Hamid Karam honed his cooking skills in Morocco before immigrating to the U.S. in 2002. He gained extensive experience working in food service management and production, later launching a mobile food cart in Davenport in 2007. By 2010, he established the first green food truck under the name Karam’s Mediterranean Grill, expanding to a larger truck in 2018 to meet growing demand .
