Description: I work for the Niagara Falls Convention Center and there is a group coming in that would like to have a block party on Old Falls Street. They would like your food truck to be there, my client would be paying the full minimum and deposits. The guests will come and “pay” for the food with “conference bucks.” This way we can keep track of how much is spent at the truck and if they go over they can pay whatever that cost is.
