Encouraged by friends and family who fell in love with his cooking. One night, Cesar's Jr. was craving a late night snack of lomo saltado and it sparked the idea of The Lomo Truck. Then Cesar ventured out to New Jersey, setting up four locations in Woodland Park, Garfield, Jersey City, and Passaic. A truly Latin and Hispanic-owned business continues the legacy of Peruvian gastronomy in their own unique way.
