I work for Erie 1 BOCES, 355 Harlem Road West Seneca. We do a Food Truck event once a year with approximately 300 people. We have 3 food trucks and 1 dessert truck at the event. I was tasked with gathering information regarding prospective food trucks. Our committee has a few questions.

3. Do you require a minimum in sales?
