Truck Description: Ru’s Pierogi proudly packs plump little dough pillows with fresh ingredients to create unique, modern flavor profiles—and the possibilities are endless. We’re located at 295 Niagara Street, right at the I-190 entrance/exit, and our food truck will be at the hottest locations and events throughout WNY this spring, summer and fall, so your mobile pierogi fix is never far away.

Fried, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with ice cream and caramel sauce. Fried banana pepper & cheese pierogi served on garlic-toasted sub roll, smothered with marinara and mozzarella cheese, and served with an arugula salad with balsamic vinaigrette.
