Description: This is a teacher professional development day. We wanted to offer teachers a lunch option for that day, rather than asking them to go out for lunch. Each staff member would pay for their own meal. We have about 150 staff members but not everyone would purchase from the truck. We would have closer to 50 staff members purchase. We've had success with this with Cheesy Chick and Dirty Bird but would like a different option.
