The Maine Bite is a Food Truck that was established in 2019 out of East Aurora, NY. The Maine Bite is meant to be modeled after the “Lobsta’ Shacks” that dot the shores of Maine and specializes in Maine Lobster Rolls and New England Clam Chowder. While I can usually be found on the streets of East Aurora the Maine Bite also participates in different local events and can be reserved for your own Food Truck Experience.
