Buffalo’s first mobile Salad Bar! The Salad Bar Truck was a truck sponsored by Independent Health and the folks over at J&L’s Boulevard BBQ that served up healthy options, equipped with a full salad bar!
Due to the pandemic, The Salad Bar Truck was forced to shut down, posting in July of 2020 that they were looking to sell the truck.
